General Shipping Overview

PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are shipped out within 2/3 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Europe. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases, and promotions.

SHIPPING METHOD:

All orders are shipped through DHL, USPS (for U.S. customers), or Royal Mail with the following estimated delivery times:

  • DHL: 3–6 business days.
  • USPS: 5–7 business days (U.S. only).
  • Royal Mail: 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times serve as guidelines and do not take into account delays caused by payment authorization, customs clearance processes, or other unforeseen events.

SHIPPING RATES:

  • INTERNATIONAL: FREE for orders over $150, $15 flat fee for orders under $150, $20 flat fee for orders under $50.
  • EUROPE: FREE for orders over $150, $10 flat fee for orders under $150.
  • OUT OF RANGE COUNTRIES: FREE for orders over $180, $30 flat fee for orders under $180: Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bermuda, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Estonia, French Polynesia, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Sint Maarten, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine, U.S. Outlying Islands, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Qatar, Cyprus, Hungary, Poland.

USPS SHIPPING RATE (United States):

  • FREE for orders over $150.
  • $10 flat fee for orders under $150.

ROYAL MAIL SHIPPING RATE:

  • FREE for orders over $150.
  • $7 flat fee for orders under $150.

Certain out-of-range countries/regional or remote areas within Australia are not supported by DHL and will be shipped with regular express post (5–10 business days).

CHANGE AN ORDER

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We pack and ship orders daily, so we cannot guarantee your requests can be made. Once orders have been confirmed in our system, they are unable to be changed.


RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and to the following countries: Russia, China, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Saudi-Arabia, Maldives, certain countries in Africa & the Pacifics.


TAXES & DUTIES

All orders from LITE Underwear are shipped from Europe. All taxes and duties are automatically computed and applied to orders. These fees will be charged at checkout along with the shipping fee.

Please be aware that LITE Underwear does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.

There are only a few countries where we are unable to calculate tax and duties. If your destination is in one of these countries and these fees were not charged at checkout, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. If you refuse to pay the Customs fee and the parcel is returned back to LITE Underwear, please contact our customer service team.

Returns & Process

FULL PRICE ORDERS: We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can simply return your item(s) within 30 days for a store credit or exchange to:

  • LITE Underwear now offers free returns to our US customers. Simply drop your order off at your nearest happy returns location! Alternatively, you may choose to mail your order back to our US return center using a pre-paid label for a $10 processing fee.
  • Canadian customers may return their order to our US return center, using a pre-paid return label for a $10 processing fee.
  • British customers may return their orders to our UK return center. We are currently unable to provide a shipping label.
  • Australian and New Zealanders can return their items to our Australian return center. We are unable to provide you with a return label at this time.
  • Customers in the rest of the world will have to return their items to our European warehouse by purchasing a return label from their local post offices. The cost of the return is not covered by LITE Underwear.

SALE: We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sale or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion. All discounted items are considered final sale, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.

Item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Gift Cards may not be returned. Store-credit does not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.
